Jazmine Sullivan is an American actor, singer and songwriter who has gained critical acclaim since her initial releases and received nominations in a variety of categories, including Best New Artist, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance Best Traditional R&B Performance, Best R&B song, and the the Best Contemporary R&B Album at the 51st Grammy Awards. National Public Radio's The 200 Greatest Song By 21st Century Women list ranked her song Bust Your Windows at #137. Jazmine Sullivan attended the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts as an instructor of vocal music and graduated in the year 2005.
